Demigod Dis-Mantling4.1M man-hours · zero lost-time injuries

We take the world’s most complex industrial assets apart — safely, in the order they were built, and with the value they still hold intact. Live plants. High-consequence structures. Programmes where improvisation is not an available option.

Who we are

DDMS Global — Demigod Dis-Mantling — is an industrial dismantling, decommissioning and asset-recovery contractor. We work inside operating plants, on high-consequence structures and against programmes where failure is not an option that can be absorbed.

Most demolition contractors sell removal. We sell control. The difference shows up in the questions we ask before mobilisation: how does this structure actually carry load in its current, corroded, twice-modified condition — not as designed. What does the drawing set fail to record. Where does the sequence become unstable, and what temporary works are needed before that point. Which components have a second life worth protecting, and which grades of material will be destroyed the moment they are mixed.

That discipline exists because of where we work. A significant share of our scope is executed adjacent to live production — inside refinery boundaries, alongside energised switchgear, thirty metres from a running kiln line, above an operating dry dock. In those environments the method statement is not a compliance artefact. It is the reason the plant beside you is still producing at the end of the shift.

Why DDMS Global

Six operating principles that separate an engineered dismantling programme from a demolition quote — and that clients tell us they only recognise the value of afterwards.

Engineering in-house
01 / 06
Structural, lift and process engineering under our own roof

Engineering in-house

Method statements, temporary works, lift plans and load-path analysis are produced by our own engineers. When a site finds something the survey missed, the person who wrote the sequence is reachable that hour — not the following week through a subcontract chain.

How we work

Each stage has a defined output and a hold point. Nothing advances until the evidence the next stage depends on actually exists.

Stage 01

Site Survey & Asset Assessment

A full physical survey of the structure, the process and the environment around them. We record actual condition rather than designed condition — corrosion, undocumented modification, residual contents, contaminated ground — and reconcile it against the client's drawing set, which on legacy plant is very often out of date.

Stage outputs

  • Condition and dimensional survey
  • Hazard and inventory register
  • Recovery valuation
  • Access and constraint mapping

Sectors we serve

Every sector brings its own constraint — permit throughput, energised equipment, corrosion uncertainty, fixed handover dates. The method adapts. The discipline does not.

Fleet & capability

Plant is mobilised against the engineered sequence. Where the right machine is not ours, we bring in the right machine rather than bending the method to fit the yard.

Primary Demolition

High-Reach Demolition Excavators

Ultra-long-front machines that take structures down from the top without ever putting a person under the load.

Sustainability

Dismantling is the most material-intensive activity in heavy industry — and the single largest opportunity in it. A retired plant is not waste. It is several thousand tonnes of steel, alloy, copper and aggregate that already exists, already carries its embodied carbon, and needs only to be separated properly to re-enter the economy.

The result is a 94% average diversion rate from landfill, verifiable against weighbridge records rather than asserted in a report — and a materially lower carbon outcome than the demolish-and-replace path, because the lowest-carbon tonne of steel is the tonne that never has to be made again.

Grade-separated material recovery at a DDMS Global work front

340 t

refractory recovered for direct client reuse on one programme

Reuse before recycling

Assets and structural sections with genuine second-life value are identified at survey and preserved through dismantling rather than defaulted into the melt stream. Reuse retains embodied carbon that recycling releases.

94%

average diversion from landfill across all programmes

Segregation at source

Ferrous, non-ferrous, alloy grades, cable and non-recoverable streams are separated at the work front into designated containment. Once mixed, recovery value does not come back at any price.

~190

haulage movements removed on a single clearance project

On-site material loops

Concrete arisings crushed and screened on site to certified graded aggregate for piling mats, haul roads and backfill — eliminating both outbound haulage and imported fill.

100%

of consignments to licence-verified outlets

Verified downstream routing

Material is consigned only to facilities whose permits we have checked and recorded. Chain of custody is documented from work front to receiving gate.

Global presence

Four operating offices in India, a Gulf liaison desk and a verified partner network covering craneage, licensed specialists, downstream outlets and international freight.

Client perspective

“They found a load path in our crane rail structure that none of our drawings showed, two weeks before we would have started demolishing on the assumption it was not there. That single piece of survey work justified the whole engagement.”
